L’école Les Élites rend hommage à son personnel lors d’un dîner festif

 

في إطار تقليد سنوي يعكس ثقافة التقدير والاعتراف بالجميل، نظم أرباب المدرسة مساء السبت 28 يونيو 2025 حفل عشاء  على شرف جميع الأطر الإدارية والتربوية والتقنية وهيئة الخدمات، احتفاءً بنهاية موسم دراسي مليء بالعطاء والإنجازات.

افتُتحت الأمسية بتلاوة آيات بينات من الذكر الحكيم، ثم تداول الكلمة عدد من المتدخلين الذين أشادوا بما تحقق خلال الموسم الدراسي من نتائج متميزة، مؤكدين أن هذه النجاحات لم تكن لتتحقق لولا روح التعاون والتفاني التي يتحلى بها جميع العاملين داخل المؤسسة. كما نوهوا بجو الانسجام والدعم المتبادل الذي يميز بيئة العمل، معتبرين أن هذا المناخ الإيجابي هو أساس الإنجاز والاستمرارية.

وفي سياق الحديث عن مسيرة المؤسسة التي تدخل عامها الخامس منذ تأسيسها، تقدم أحد المتدخلين بمقترح قيّم يدعو إلى إيلاء مزيد من العناية بعملية التوثيق، عبر جمع الصور والمواد الأرشيفية لمختلف الأفواج التي تخرّجت من المدرسة وتتبع مساراتهم الدراسية والمهنية. وقد لقي هذا المقترح ترحيبًا  باعتباره خطوة مهمة للحفاظ على ذاكرة المؤسسة وتخليد إنجازاتها.

كما لم تخلُ الكلمات من عبارات الامتنان لكل الأطر على جهودهم الجبارة، مع تجديد الدعاء بالرحمة والمغفرة لأستاذة وأستاذ انتقلا إلى جوار ربّهما خلال هذا الموسم الدراسي.

عقب الكلمات، أُجريت قرعة في أجواء مفعمة بالترقب والفرح، أسفرت عن فوز أستاذة وأستاذ بعمرة مباركة، في مبادرة نبيلة تعبّر عن عمق التقدير الذي يكنه أرباب المدرسة لكل من يسهم في خدمة المؤسسة.

واختُتم الحفل بتناول وجبة العشاء في أجواء أخوية يطبعها الود والبهجة، في محطة جسدت قيم الوفاء وروح الأسرة الواحدة التي تميز مجتمع المدرسة.

 

Dans le cadre d’une tradition annuelle qui reflète la culture de la reconnaissance et de la gratitude, les responsables de l’école Les Élites ont organisé, le samedi 28 juin 2025 en soirée, un dîner en l’honneur de l’ensemble du personnel administratif, éducatif, technique ainsi que les agents de service, en célébration de la fin d’une année scolaire riche en efforts et en réalisations.

La soirée a débuté par la récitation de versets du Saint Coran, suivie par les interventions de plusieurs participants qui ont salué les excellents résultats obtenus durant l’année scolaire. Ils ont souligné que ces succès n’auraient pu être atteints sans l’esprit de coopération et le dévouement dont fait preuve l’ensemble des membres de l’établissement. Ils ont également mis en avant l’atmosphère d’harmonie et de soutien mutuel qui règne au sein de l’école, considérant que ce climat positif constitue la clé de la réussite et de la continuité.

Dans le cadre des échanges sur le parcours de l’école, qui célèbre sa cinquième année depuis sa création, l’un des intervenants a proposé de porter une attention particulière à la valorisation de la mémoire de l’établissement, à travers la collecte de photos et d’archives des différentes promotions diplômées et le suivi de leurs parcours scolaires et professionnels. Cette suggestion a été chaleureusement accueillie, étant perçue comme une démarche importante pour préserver l’histoire de l’école et immortaliser ses réalisations.

Les interventions ont également exprimé des mots de gratitude envers tout le personnel pour leurs efforts inlassables, accompagnés de prières pour le pardon et la miséricorde à l’égard d’une enseignante et d’un enseignant qui nous ont quittés durant cette année scolaire.

À la suite des discours, une tombola a été organisée dans une ambiance pleine de joie et de suspense, aboutissant à l’attribution d’une Omra bénie à une enseignante et un enseignant, une initiative noble qui témoigne de l’estime profonde que portent les responsables de l’école à tous ceux qui contribuent à son succès.

La soirée s’est clôturée par un dîner convivial, empreint de chaleur et de gaieté, dans un moment qui a parfaitement illustré les valeurs de fidélité et l’esprit de famille qui caractérisent la communauté de l’école.

 

As part of an annual tradition that reflects a culture of recognition and gratitude, the management of Les Élites School organized, on the evening of Saturday, June 28, 2025, a dinner in honor of all administrative, teaching, technical staff, as well as service personnel, in celebration of the end of a school year rich in effort and achievements.

The evening began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by speeches from several participants who praised the excellent results achieved during the school year. They emphasized that these successes could not have been achieved without the spirit of cooperation and dedication shown by all members of the institution. They also highlighted the atmosphere of harmony and mutual support that prevails within the school, considering this positive climate to be the key to success and continuity.

During the discussions on the school’s journey, which is now in its fifth year since its establishment, one of the speakers proposed paying special attention to preserving the school’s memory by collecting photos and archival materials of the various graduating classes and tracking their academic and professional paths. This suggestion was warmly welcomed as an important step towards safeguarding the school’s history and immortalizing its achievements.

The speeches also conveyed words of gratitude to all the staff for their tireless efforts, accompanied by prayers for forgiveness and mercy for a teacher and a member of staff who passed away during this school year.

Following the speeches, a raffle was organized in an atmosphere filled with joy and anticipation, resulting in a blessed Umrah being awarded to a female and a male teacher — a noble initiative that reflects the deep appreciation the school’s management holds for all those who contribute to its success.

The evening concluded with a convivial dinner, marked by warmth and joy, in a moment that perfectly embodied the values of loyalty and the family spirit that characterize the school community.
